    Hormones driving me crazy, help!!

    I know this is probably part of the whole process, but I was wondering whether anyone could give me any advice on how they dealt with hormones.
    I am taking progesterone pesseries as well as progynova. i feel really really horrid one day then ok the next then it seems to go back to bad....
