    Horrific (TMI) Diarrhea

Im only 5 weeks along and this day has scared the crap out of me (literally)

I had horrible poop cramps all day and have experienced diarrhea at least 5 times. During one episode I had a tiny dot of brown blood and it was followed with menstrual type cramps. I believed it to be the end for me but then it stopped about an hour later. Then my poop cramps picked back up and Im miserable. Whats going on?

It's say it's the joys of progesterone messing with your bowel (I was constipated my first two pregnancies, and just to mix it up a bit had diarrhea first trimester this time... ) or you've got a bit of a gastro bug. Keep hydrated and check in with your GP if it persists or you're feeling worried. xoxo

Could you have gastro or something similar?

I had horrid gastro at 6 wks. Try and rest, keep yourself hydrated and try not to worry. If you're really concerned pop to your GP.

    Big hugs

I was the same a few weeks ago. I just considered it my morning sickness instead of throwing up!
