How am I gunna hold it???

Dont you love the technicians telling you to drink soooo much then saying you have too much fluid and go let HALF of it out!!

With DS I had the normal scans up until 20wk then had a 3 hour scan at 21 wks . The Dr asked me to go for a walk half way through the 3 hour scan to get the baby to go to sleep! I asked if I could go for a wee first and he suggested letting half out. Hillarious. Can you imagine walking the halls of the hospital, over full bladder, trying to get your baby to sleep in the womb??!

We then had scans at lease every week until delivery. By about 30 wks I told them that if they couldn't find the baby that was their fault not mine and I refused to do any more drinking for scans! Delivered at 36 wks so had roughly 20 scans for that one preg!

I am preg again and am not looking forward to scans!

Yuck to all those scans Rachel. That sounds close to hell on Earth.

I'd be pretty close to shoving that 'scanny thing' where the sun don't shine, by the three hour point.

When your feeling so full that you might wet yourself it is ok to 'let a bit out', so to speak.

yeh its the ability to let a bit out and not open the flood gates that I struggle with
