Aww Em.. how horrible to have to go through that, i had an internal when i had a bleed with DD1 and i agree with the feeling of being violated, some people have no tact, she should have left the room.

So glad you got a visual and bubs is growing well...

Oh em I don't know what to say, just that I am letting you know I am here for you even if it is just for a cyber hug
Is it much bleeding? If so just go to your closeset Maternity ER/Womans Assessment, I found that was the best place to go at times like this xxoo

Can you ring the hosy and ask them, they may have someone on how can check for you, it is quite possible that it is some break through or bleeding from the cervix.
On top of what has happened with this pregnancy, lots of bright red bleeding, 3 major bleed and then on and off for about 5 weeks, I also bled for 2 weeks with DD and she is here making a big mess of the tupperware drawer next to me

I so know how you feel about going to the bathroom, I completely understand your fears, I still have them myself .

Oh hun if I could I would make a nice hot cuppa, give you a block of chocolate and give you a big hug right now. Rest up lie on the couch and try to watch some crappy tv with a cuppa tea.

Em I hope it stops soon. Things can still be ok... my sister had three pregnancies and bled heavily through the first two trimesters with both. Thinking of you.

Em - With my last pgcy due to a subchorinonic heamotoma, I had a heap of dark red blood pour out at approx 8wks maybe further along, I thought all was over, but it turned out that the SCH, was clearing up, and that it was the end of the bleed for me. Hang in there hun, I hope all turned out ok. Loads of hugs

Thanks everyone, only old brown blood today- not even sure what that means. I have a U/s booked in for Fri anyway so maybe i'll just wait til then can't change the outcome anyway so may as well wait. But i'll see how I go. I really hope it was just due to the SCH and little bubba is still ok!

I am sorry to hear that you had to go through that again last night. Every fibre of my being believes that it has to do with the SCH. But i guess it doesnt stop it from being scary

Hope that this all settles down for you soon xx thinking of you babe.

u/s today WENT AWESOMELY!! At first she was taking awhile (but thats cos bubs kept moving outta the way) HR was 168 and measuring 2 days ahead at 8wks. So very happy especially since I had another bleed last night and knowing that everything is still ok and they can't see where i'm bleeding from.

Yay for you! I had bleeding with both my girls, with dd1 I didn't realise I was pregnant as af still seemed to be there. Then once I knew I still had spotting everytime it would have been due and if i did heavy lifting.

Hope it all goes smoothly from now on.
