hey everyone, just found out that im 4 weeks pregnant, its still early days but i was just happy to see those 2 lines. my partner gavin and i have been ttc for 4 months now, since i lost our first baby at 20weeks in march this year. i have also been diagnosed with aps syndrome, so now i have to take daily clexane injections. im waiting to hear from the mater mothers hospital to see when they can fit me in, does anyone now how quick they can get people in as im considered a high risk pregnancy. and does anyone else know of or had a pregnancy with aps syndrome as well. im trying not to worry, but i got my hcg levels back from doc on thursday, they were 55 (i would hae been 3 weeks 4 days pregnant) she said they were low but fine and wants me to get another test done on monday to double check that they are going up. that they are. anyway just wanted to introduce myself.
Congrats on your pregnancy. I hope everything goes well for you.
My SIL has to have daily Clexane injections as well after she had 3 early miscariages and lost her beautiful son at 20 weeks. She also has a bicornuate uterus and had to have a stich put in her cervix at 12 weeks. The Clexane seems to be working for her, and I'm sure it will work for you. At least you know that you are doing everything you can to keep this little bubba going strong.
Best of luck and
The mater will usually make a place for you if you are a high risk pg, because you dont really have a choice none of the hospital will take you on if you are high risk, I am sure it will all work out for you.
