I am 7wks Preg and had light brown spotting at 5 weeks, I had an U/S at 6 weeks and there was a good heartbeat and all was normal. I'm still worried though!!! i'm off to the doc's again on Tues because I'm still worried...
I had a touch of mornign sickness for about three days but now that's gone away and I'm just ravenously hungry for all three meals! I mean I'm starving!!! I've been eating really well (healthy) but should I be controlling what I eat portion wise or just eating when hungry as long as I'm eating healthy?
The only symtoms I'm having ATM is slight constipation, sore breasts and gas/bloating...I'm worried that something will happen and I won't know I don't feel pregnant, I just wish I could skip straight to the second trimester....about 17 weeks and I'd be right!!!
Hi Lisaqg
Spotting is not unusual in the first few weeks of pregnancy and it often happens at the time you would normally have had a period. You are showing some great signs of early pregnancy, bloating, sore breasts, constipation. Most women are concerned that something is going to go wrong, especially in early pregnancy. Try not to worry hun, everything sounds normal to me.
I'm no expert but just though tI'd let you know that I spotted for about 3 weeks during this pregnancy, a couple of days quite heavilty and everything was fine. I'm not pretending it always is fine but I've heard so many stories on the forums here of people spotting and having healthy babies so try not to worry - HARD i know!
I have had spotting and I am 6 weeks pregnant. If it not constant bleeding, I don't think you have anything to worry about. Spotting is common in pregnancies.I have all the same symtoms as you. I have had bloating and constipation, but no other signs of pregnancy.
I had brown spotting on Friday - (I am 13 weeks this Saturday).
It also came back for a few days. I am not too worried as the same thing happened with my first child (twice).
Going to ultrasound on Thursday, so hopefully will confirm all is OK. It is playing on my conscious though a little.
