I was just wondering if anyone else has had to resort to Maternity Clothes early. Im only 7 weeks and absolutely NOTHING fits me. My t-shirts are too small because my boobs are so big and my pants are way to tight to be comfortable. My Dr said that the more pregnancy's you have, the quicker you pop out, and this is my 4th pregnancy. But my dad's mum (my grandma) was a twin, and this is freaking me out a little bit. But my dr didnt seem worried about the possiblity at all ??
Hi treelo, im about the same time frame pregnant as you and im the same, although i am very tiny size 8 but i am finding that im so early as well and alot of my clothes have had to go in the cupboard and this is my first pregnancy so i guess everyone is different, have you had a scan to see if you are having twins, if you are worried about it i would get checked out????? take care
this is my 3rd and i struggled to do my jeans up at about 7 weeks and slowly it's getting harder to hide although unless you knew I was pg you would just think I was chubby lol I think part of it is bloating for me too but there's a deffinate belly there now at 11 weeks. I bought some maternity jeans a few weeks ago but so far I've been able to get by with just undoing my buttons on my regular jeans and covering with a long stretchy top.
this is my 3rd pregnancy, i have an 8 month old son, sadly suffered a m/c 13 wks ago, and now am 6wks pregnant again. I have been struggling to fit into my clothes for 2 weeks now. Definitely have a belly already which is making it increasingly hard to hide the pregnancy until the 2nd trimester. But i love having a belly!
I think that bloating during the first 3mths can make you feel bigger and make your clothes uncomfortable.
I think it also depends on your body - if you have a little squish (as I do) then you can squeeze into your clothes for longer but if you are very taut and trim you don't have much leeway in your clothes.
