I am pleased to say the bleeding was caused from my placenta laying across my cervix (placenta previa) and Button is going perfectly with a strong HB of 184. S/he was wriggling around and was only measuring 1 day behind my dates (at the 1st U/S it was 5 days behind) I am so relieved! As soon as the chick put the thing on my belly I saw the HB straight away on the screen!!!! Now I can breathe and have a nice night tonight with the GC girls

Thanks so much for everyone's support. I was so scared...

That's wonderful news BAL. You must be so relieved.

Does this mean you're on pelvic rest?

Tashybabe - Pelvic rest? She just said no heavy lifting. I'm not going to have sex either.. Is that what you mean?

I do hope the placenta moves though, I am worried they wont be able to do a stitch if I need one if the placenta is across my cervix.. I'm getting ahead of myself now again though.. My appointment in Brisbane is not this Monday but next so I'm sure that will all be discussed then. It was so nice seeing my little Button waving on screen

When it happened to me I was told strictly no sex until after 20 weeks....

I think you should double check just to be sure.
