    morning sickness improving 7 weeks

    Hi

    Can anyone reassure me?
I'm stressing as I feel like my nausea is much less these last few days. I'm 7 weeks today. Shouldn't it be getting worse?
    I'm such a stresshead!!
I think maybe I had a bit of a cold last week so maybe this could have been making me feel worse than I would have been??
We saw a strong heartbeat at 6+3 but since then I've been feeling better and better. More energy too.

Sometimes I think I'd like to move in to the ultrasound clinic so I can watch my baby constantly ... at least until I can feel it kicking!

I had ms kick in at 3.5 weeks. Around 7 weeks it stopped completely. Had seen a heartbeat at 5w6d and a few days later it all settled. FS ordered another scan for a few days later to reassure me. I have a healthy active 4.5 year old jumping on her trampoline and telling us what traffic she can see over the back fence as I type.

Ms comes and goes. Other illness can make it worse as well

Fwiw, day before that second scan ms kicked in again. I don't think I had a period of time longer than two hours over the next 33 ish weeks where I didn't feel nausea to a pretty high degree. Don't wish for ms to reassure you! You don't want that sort of pregnancy!!

    Thanks Briggsy's girl!!
That is exactly what I needed to hear.
Funny how you can read a thousand stories on the internet but when one person shares a personal story with you directly it is 100x more powerful
Love that picture of your DS sounds like a totally cutie!

And you're right- I hate the nausea when it's here, lose-lose situation hey?!
