Question Morning sickness... when did yours peak?

I know I should be an old hat at this pregnancy stuff... but I am not coping well with m/s at the moment.

I am 9 weeks today and I am hoping that it doesn't get any worse...maybe (please) even better from here on in.

Can anyone recall when they suffered m/s the worst?

mine started to get nasty at 6weeks and stayed that way til 11weeks. i then managed 3 days completely symptom free, and it came back with a mild vengeance and still hasn't gone away (isn't as bad, but still makes life unbearable if i don't get enough sleep or get in the car too early)

Mine didn't really peak just stayed there (sorry I know you don't want to hear that)
Have you tried sea sickness bands from the Chemist ? - they reduced mine quite a bit (i noticed it if I didn't wear them).

Mine was around until 20 weeks, but peaked at around 8-14 weeks. Sorry hun. As I said to you before, I felt really ripped off when it was still nasty at 12 weeks, everyone told me it would be gone by then! MS really, really sucks! Hang in there, it won't last forever.

With my last pregnancy it was over by 9 weeks. With this one I haven't had actual m/s, but I've felt blah due to constant indigestion (which can make me feel nauseas at times) and it peaked at 9 weeks and has improved a lot since then, but I can't say I feel 100% yet. Hopefully your placenta kicks in really soon to give you some relief .

I don't know about you, but I really forgot how cr@p you feel in the first trimester, even though I've been through it twice before! I knew I'd feel cr@p, but I don't remember it being this bad!

    Thanx all

Trish.. yep, I can't remember ever feeling this horrid! But I think I suffer from a short memory! LOL

With the last 3 pregnancies I am sure my m/s was gone by 14 weeks.... I really hope IA am one of the lucky ones and it doesn't last too much longer.

LOL I think I suffer from a short term memory too! I told DH the other day that I want to bottle this feeling so that we ever think we'd like another bub I can open the bottle, remember how I feel right at this moment and quickly change my mind .

I dont think i can cope with anymore m/s.. particularly as i can't vomit, just dry retch. I have had it for about 1 week. Have managed to go to work 2 out of 5 days.. couldn't get out of bed the other days and the only thing i can eat is bread and lettuce. I feel like i am dying and i do not want to hear that this is not going to go away for like another 2 months!!!! aarrgghhhhhh
