The Nuchal translucency test will be accurate done when you are having it.
It is quite right that interrupting a pregnancy is a very personal decision and one that requires much painful thought by couples/women who approach it.
However, the dating of the NT test is not so that women can have a termination it is because after about 13weeks 3 days the Nuchal fold which is measured during this test is less able to be accurately measured.
