as im sure some of u have read, had a bit of troubles in the last week or so...
ok, have a missed period, nearly 2 weeks late now... got sore boobs, funny feelings in my tummy, headaches, ms, ect..did a test about a week ago, came up positive, so went to the docs and got blood tests, got stuffed around big time there, as he didnt even test for pregnancy... so had to ring up and wait a day bla bla, anyway that came up negative, and so did another test i did a few days b4 the blood test... had quite a few people tell me that if i was only like 10 days along, the blood test that was done wouldnt show up cuz it was just the yes or no one not the hcg level one... so did another test this morn (same brand as the one i got positive with) and it came up negative too...
anyone had this happen to them or any idea whats going on!? thought it could have been a chemical pregnancy but i havent had my period or spotting or anything... still having all them symptoms?
Maybe do another test or go back to your gp & ask for hcg level test?
Sounds confusing. If your period is 2 weeks late & you are pregnant, you would be about 6 weeks, not 10 days. So a test should be showing, but maybe that one was faulty.
I've heard of BT getting it wrong too.

Yes I would go back to the Dr and have a BHCG done to see exactly what the levels are. If they are very low and thats why the preg tests are coming up negative I would be wanting further investigation like is it rising, falling etc and if the BHCG is above 5. And if its not I would be wanting to see why you haven't started bleeding. Sounds like there definately was or is a pregnancy there which has given you the positive tests but I would be wanting to know if its still progressing and if not why. Was it a chemical pregnancy or something else. I am sorry to hear the wait has being difficult for you and not straight forward like ti should be. I have had a similar thing happen to me in the past and felt like I was pushed from pillar to post. Like no one wants to find answers for you or wants to help when clearly you know things are not right. Hoping you get some answers soon.
yer its all very confusing! dont see how i could have been preg a week ago and not now with no bleeding... so im thinking a faulty pregnancy test.. grr i tell u what i wont be beleiving one again, will ask for another blood test when i got to the docs on friday i reckon... but thats more waiting cuz i wont be able to get it done till monday cuz my doc appointment isnt until 5.20pm on friday.

i would def go back to the doctors.. a friend of mine was pregnant and no tests showed up she was pregnant untill she was 5 months along..but the blood test did.
went to docs again today, she seemed to be convinced i was pregnant but not getting my hopes up, went and had the hcg blood test 2day so will get the results 2morrow morn so will let u all know...
well i was meant to find out as soon as they opened this morning, but nooo now i have to wait till this arvo cuz the doc i saw is at another clinic or something... GRR im getting SOO frustrated!!! how hard is it! i think im going to ring back at about 11 and tell them to tell another doc to tell me results or something... im over waiting!

rang them back n the results arent even in yet even though i got told they would be... and it wouldnt matter if they were anyway cuz she said that only the doc who did them would be able to tell me the results... just need to be bloody told yes or no lol cant be that hard... so i have to ring back at about 2pm when she comes back and get her to sus it out which will prob take about another hour...
well came back neg after all that... going to the docs again 2morrow to see what the hell is wrong with me...
