    one moody mumma!

    This is pregnancy #2 for me. i'm only 6 weeks gone. My first child is now 3 and a puppy has joined our family too. If i knew i was pregnant i wouldn't have got the puppy because i tell you what- the combo of a toddler and naughty 6 month old pup is driving me crazy!
    I have never seen or heard mood swings like these come out of me before! I feel like an awful mum because one minute i'm yelling at my kid and the dog and next i'm bawling my eyes out. my daughter has gotten to the point where she has to tell me to stop crying. My first pregnancy was wonderful, one of the happiest times of my life. my family and friends joked that my baby would come out bouncing because i laughed so much. But this time i have such a short fuse and i hate it!
    Can anyone relate to this and offer any advice?

    Can I relate to that? Hell yes!

    Do I have any advice? None other than this too shall pass. {hug}

    The more pregnancies I have the worse it seems to get. I am normally very mellow. But pregnancy hormones change my being totally. I'm tireder and older and have two cyclones to run after. Par for the course I think. Your little person probably 'gets' more than you think she does. Very early on I explained to my two that sometimes for a little while mummy might be feeling a bit out of sorts. My 5yo responded with 'when is our new baby coming?' lol she can predict weather too. It has passed again for a bit, no doubt it will be back

    Welcome to BB hun.

    What kim said. I have been the moody cow from hell this pregnancy. It's getting a little better now. Dont be too hard on yourself, you have hormones going crazy. It will pass.

    I haven't stopped crying this pregnancy my hormones are all over the place so know that it is totally normal!! Once you get through the first trimester you might find it improves a bit, I did and found I was a lot happier when I had more energy!
