    Pains

I am 4weeks and 3 days pregs and for the last 3 days i have been getting really really bad pains like period pains, i also have endrometious. so i headed off to the doctors to day and they sent me to get an ultrasound which the ladie said didnt really show much, i asked her if it was an etopic pregnancy would it show up, 90% do she said and i look like a normal 4 wk and 3day pregnancy would right this second.

so i am unsure if i should be a little happy and not worry as much??
    is this very common???

    Hi Sarah

When I was about 4 weeks pg, I had AF type pains for about a week, and was sure I was going to get my period at any moment. I googled my little heart out, and was also worried about an etopic pg. However, I also learned that it is very normal to experience this sort of pain. Many women on here will tell you that, so as hard as it is, please try not to worry about it, but if the pain gets worse, or you start to bleed then seek help.

    Sending you lots of

    Hi Sarah,
I had the same pains at 4 weeks they lasted about 2 weeks, I'm now 18 weeks and so far all's well. Sometimes while everthing is changing and settling in you have all sorts of pains.
I had the same with DS#1 as well I even had bleed which I assumed was my period then when I had my 12 week ultrasound they found I was actually 16+ weeks my dates were out because of the period (bleed)
Try not to worry...I know that's easier said than done though!!!

    Hiya Sarah,

I too had those pains and also have Endo, it can get quite worrying but just letting you know I'm nearly 34 weeks with number 3 so don't let yourself worry too much.
