Making your self sick won't make any difference because it's already in you. I'm sure it will be fine (although I'd be having a massive meltdown if it was me because I have this crazy thing with food when I'm pregnant).
Anyway hope all is ok.
I just accidentally ate mouldy bread, almost a whole sandwich!I was thinking it felt a little odd in texture and tasted a little funny but everything tastes funny to me at the moment so I didn't think anything of it until I looked down and saw mouldy bits on my bread
Is this likely to make me really sick?? I don't know whether or not I should try and make myself sick? I've already been sick today (morning sickness) so I don't really want to but I don't want food poisoning either. What do I do?
Sorry, I'm freaking out!

I did a quick Google and didnt read anything about adverse reactions. You could call the nurse on call people if your worried, but I think you'll be ok.
I feel like such a stickhead! I didn't have my glasses on when I was making it and it wasn't obvious until I looked at it up close but omg how disgusting!! I feel sick at the thought of it, I can't believe I did something so damn stupid!![]()
i did the same thing, except a mate made it for me and neither of us realised. i only had a little bit, but everything was fine. Try not to stress out.
loads of people have done it, myself included. More than once.
try not to beat yourself up about it, it happens all the time.
Whenever I've eaten anything suspect, I take 3 or 4 activated charcoal capsules. They bind to anything toxic that's in your gut and helps it to pass out the other end without being absorbed into your body. You can get the capsules at the chemist & check with the pharmacist at the same time for pregnancy peace of mind.
I did this, more than once... My partner is very short sighted and would make me toast when I had MS, there was definitely more than one occasion where I had a few bites then realised. He learnt to put his contacts in to make me good after that! I'm 36 weeks now and it didn't seem to do me any harm. Call your hospital or the nurse phone line to get yourself some reassurance, sometimes that's all you need![]()
