    Pregnancy Exercise Class in Brisbane?

    I'm 7 weeks and I am wanting to join an exercise class. I walk 30 mins a day, but I want something that will specifically help me with pregnancy / labour. I know I can get a DVD, but I'd like to socialise a bit.

    Does anyone know of anywhere in Brisbane? I'm at Hamilton (north side).

    I've been going to a fabulous pilates class specifically for preg women - there are also low impact aerobics classes too. The lady who runs them is also a physio so she knows what she's on about if you google beinblossom you should find her.

    Does your hospital run classes? I know my local hospital runs pg exercise classes once a week. And they are free, but you have to book in. (But I'm in Syd - don't know about Brissy hospitals.)

    i go to be in blossom too its at mcdowall and i think some at chermside.
    there is pregnastics (which is the same as the be in blossom low impact aerobics class) which is at the Royal Womens.
    there is also yogababy for yoga
    or you can do water aerobics at the local pool

    I did yoga with my DS, with Jane Campbell-Kaye at Active Birth Yoga - She is FANTASTIC, I could not recommend the classes more. I did book into Yoga baby but never made it to their classes. You can check both out on the web, highly recommend Jane though.

    Joey I would love to do a class with you was going to ask you at the next meet up shy to do one on my own OB recommends in Blossom the are $15 in McDowall so near us I have to wait till 20 weeks though as I have only just been able to do the walk for 15 min 3 times a week for the last 2 weeks
