Hey girls,
This may seem like a really weird thing to be asking...and Im hoping it actually is related to pregnancy...
But lately when ever Ive stayed the night at DP's, he has complained about me being too hot while we are both sleeping, therefore not getting too close because Ive been putting him in a sweat...
Im thinking its because while sleeping my BBT is higher because Im pregnant...
Has this happened to any one else?? And is there anything i can do to make my BBT lower so i get cuddles without cooking DP in his sleep??
Hi.
I have been having the same problem only i dont want hubby to get too close cos i cook. I have been sleeping with the windows open and just a sheet while hubbby has two quilts on his side, its so weird but im told its normal. Have no idea how to stop it however, sorry.

Totally normal ladies - you have up to 2/3 more blood flow in your body when you are pg - so you tend to be hotter than normal - especially towards the end of preganancy! I was still like this for about 3 weeks when I got out of hossy - DH would be under 2 doonas and I was in my knickers and singlet sweating!!
I'm so glad I'm not the only one! I have been roasting at night and not sleeping well at all - waking at 3am everynight for about 3 weeks now and not being able to get back to sleep.
I knew i was my pregnancy and although I'm exhausted I like knowing there is a little bundle growing inside me that is causing all this trouble.
I'm hoping it passes for us!
Hi TA- Here you are!! I can join you now from the 1-6month thread. I am getting hot flushes, where my head feels hot but my hands and feet are freezing. So I agree with the other ladies. from memory it dies down soon.
So glad I'm not the only one, I wake up in a sweat every night. Tried wearing less clothing to bed, but doesn't work. Had the same problem with DS2 but not wth DS1.
