I went to the doctors yesterday for my second appt, he asked if i knew exactly when my last period was, i said not the exact date but around the 10th oct.I did know the exact date it was the 12th but i really wanted to have a scan to see the baby as i haven't had one yet and not having nt scan. He said ok well that would make you around 12 weeks then. He did all the usual check ups, felt my belly and said it felt like about 10 or 11 weeks where my uterus was sitting.

I have read alot of stories about people having missed miscarriages and going for their 12 week scan and being told there is no heartbeat or when the baby died, i don't at all mean to sound selfish but i really hope all is ok and the baby is alive and well. I know i should think positive but i have not had a scan at all this pregnancy or heard bubs heartbeat. I had early dating scans at 6weeks with my previous three. Should my uterus have felt further up then what he said? because according to my dates i'll be 13 weeks this sunday?

I hope everything will be ok, im worried and nervous and i have my scan tomorrow morning.
