Yep, and Im afraid to say it may get worse. Just remember to bend at the knees and take it slow. A perfect excuse to let someone else do the housework

I had a cleaner I was just helping her out by giving her a hand ... so its perfectly normal to be a little sore?

Yeah, unfortunately. All the ligaments are stretching in preparation for a growing baby. When you stand suddenly you may get a rather sharp pain in the groin, this too is ligaments stretching. You can purchase support belts designed especially for lower back pain but they can be very pricey. If your interested in one try ebay or the BB classifieds to see if someone is selling one.Your little bub may be resting on a nerve or something.

Dont worry too much. If however the pain gets unbearable see your OB or GP about remedies you are allowed to take while your UTD.
