    Spinach & Ricotta Ravioli

    Is this safe to have being that it has ricotta in it? I would assume that because it is cooked in boiling water that it would be ok to eat.

    What is everyone else's thoughts?

    as long as u don't eat it cold it will be fine!!! yum wish i had some lol

    Yep yep listeria exists in cold foods, if its boiled and you eat it hot then it will be fine :-)
