Spotting after Bowel Movements

Hi everyone, I am curious if anyone has had the same problem. I am 6 1/2 weeks pg and have spotted 3 times (about once a week) after a bowel movement. It only lasts momentarily. I am not straining and can't figure out the connection between the two. I am going to ask the doc, but my appt isn't until next week. So, can anyone let me know if this is normal? Or if it has happened to them? By the way it is always light pink and not very much at all.

I've had it in all my pregnancies - it's normal for me. It's always stopped around the 20 week mark though.

I bled a little after having sex too.

I have the same problem...I am also spotting after a bowel movement..I am trying not to worry about it. Did you see a doctor about this? If so, did he/she give you any answers?

Do you think I should contact my doctor?

hi max, i did talk to the doctor. She said it was nothing to be concerned about and not to worry about.
