    TESTING!!! help please

If the first day of my last AF was on July 14th, and I don't expect my period until August 14th, would it have been too early too test for pregnancy yesterday AUgust12th?

With this pregnancy I tested 3 days before AF was due and I got a very faint BFP. With my previous pregnancy it was 4 days after AF was due that I got a very faint BFP. It just depends on the amount of HCG in your blood.

Good luck and hoping you get the BFP you want!

I tested 1 day before AF and got a negative.. 3 days late, I got a positive.

I think it depends on which test you use.

    Good luck!

I tested 2 days early using First Response and got a positive so it's possible to show a BFP before you are due. Good luck!

There are some tests which say you can test before AF is due.... but I think it does depend on the test and your HCG levels...so a neg doesn't necessarily mean it's neg like sconeonamission said. I hope you get your BFP!! I tested around three days before AF I think cos it was just driving me nuts!

I can usually get a bfp - albeit a faint one - from about 4 days before my AF is due (around 11dpo).
If you're testing early make sure you use FMU and a more sensitive test, otherwise if it's negative you'll still be wondering about it....

    Good luck

I got a faint bfp 5 days before AF was due, at 7:30pm.

Next day with FMU slightly darker positive.

Then on the day before AF, my preggy line was the same colour as the control line.

I found the in stream tests worked better...I got some ultra sensitive ones that are like the cardboard strip, and even now, at 5 weeks preg, I can't get a pos
