I also found that strong mints helped as well. Other than that, nothing much else worked for me, but I hadn't thought of Eucalyptus drops!
After trying ginger tea, waking up gently, having breakfast then ending up eating chippies during the day as they were the only thing that seem to work in reducing the lovely morning, noon and night sickness (which actually doesn't really help as the chippies go straight to my butt) - I have discovered that eucalyptus drops work a treat - just basically have to suck on one constantly. I tried them as a last ditch attempt as I read somewhere that low blood glucose levels can affect morning sickness. Was so happy that they worked - brightened up an almost crappy day at work![]()
