I am way more relaxed about what I am eating this time around (though the average person would probably still view me as neurotic!). I just have two questions that I never seemed to get definitive answers for the first time around:
If I made up some home-made noodle salad (consisting of miracle whip, onion, cheese and peas) and popped it in the refrigerator right away, could I eat it for the following two days? Or would you still err on the 24 hour rule?
Cheesecake! Once baked and refrigerated, how long would you keep it for before throwing it out?
