When did you "pop" because this time its soooo early for me!!

    Hi,
just wondering when did your belly start to pop?
With my first I didn't start to pop till bout 12-14 weeks and by 16 weeks there was no denying there was a baby in there, but this time Im 6w6d and I swear I look 14 weeks pregnant. I know the baby is only a few mm in length so obviously its not the baby - but seriously dont know how I will keep this under wraps till 12 weeks. Even when I suck in, I can't suck it in, and its already feeling hard (not squishy like before).
I had an ultrasound at 5w3d and it showed 1 gestational sac and I yolk sac so it's not twins (unless hiding??) I have another ultrasound at my Ob's office to check for a heartbeat tomoz as was too early last scan.

    Is this normal???

Probably normal for you! I think becasue the muscles aren't as tight the second time round, you can show faster. I know a woman who's just told us she is 19 weeks pregnant and I can't even see any bump at all! I guess everyone is different.

Horrendously early for me this time. I couldn't do my pants up from just before 10 weeks. It is blatantly obvious I'm pregnant. I thought it was just bloat but it's hard, so I guess this is just what my body's doing this time.

By about 9 weeks this time it was VERY hard to hide. By 12 weeks there was no mistaking, now at 24 weeks my belly is similar to pics from my pg with DS at about 28 weeks.

Good to hear its not just me being weird! I know I don't have very good stomach muscles as the trainers at the gym were always commenting on it and made me do heaps of core work that still didn't help much. They asked if I had ripped my stomach muscles when I was pregnant last time but I don't think I did, just don't have very strong muscles!!
