Smile A very special gift idea for your baby :)

    Hi Everyone,

    Congratulations on your tiny embies!
    to you all

I read in an issue of "Pregnancy&Birth" a beautiful story of a gift from a mother to her newborn. This gift was very special in that it was personalised in a way that only the mother can. I love this idea and am going to do this over the next 8 months...

Buy a beautiful, cuddly soft toy and sleep with it every night until the birth of your baby.
Your scent will be absorbed into the soft toy and when your baby has it close by - even when you're not there - they'll be bonding with you

I absolutely love this idea and I hope you do too
Belly rubs and good luck with your pregnancies Yummy Mummies!

My partner did this with a blankie so that in hospital Jazz wouldnt forget her. It was gorgeous watching shel snuggle up with a bunny rug each night

wonder if i can get DH to sleep with something extra when he's home (not a chance while he's at work - stinky!). i think it's important for bubba to bond with both parents...

Leash, i love the bunny rug idea - wonder if i could just hide one under the sheet so that it picks up DH's scent without him getting wrapped up and frustrated with it...

Briggsy's girl - I thought about saying putting the toy/ blanket in with both mumma and daddy but it didn't sound politically correct to me - seeing as there are single mums out there... ridiculous huh??

It's definitely a great idea to have both parents scent on them
