We made it!!!!!

Thanks ladies :-) We're not finding out what we're having. Leaving it a surprise like the first time round. Very tempting to find out but we'll be strong hehehehe. I agree, the second trimester is definitely the best.....actually after about 18 weeks pregnancy is just the BEST! I loved being pregnant with Amy and this pregnancy seems to be going the same. Can't wait for some kicks!

We made it to 12 weeks yesterday! :)

Had the ultrasound today, and all is well. Heartbeat of 152, measurement spot on for our dates, baby moving and kicking and all - amazing to see! The doc thinks it likely it's a girl, but of course they can't be sure at this stage.

My age-related risk for downs syndrome was 1 in 287, and my calculated risk is 1 in 3800, so that is excellent too :)

So relieved that things are going well!

fantastic news tenar!!!! my girls hb at 12 weeks was 176 :) now the stressful time is over (some of it anyway), u can start really enjoying your pregnancy!! keep popping in here darl, i love to hear how your going!! mwah xoxox

Well I made it to 12 weeks yesterday :leap: :dance: & today i had the 1st scan. Bubs is strong & healthy with a :heartbeat: of 169bpm.

Hi all....congrats to everyone on their milestones!! well i'm 13 weeks today..YAY!!! had Nuchal fold scan last Fri and all looks good, feeling sooooo much better now and just looking forward to the rest of a happy and healthy pregnancy :p

My US is booked for 9th Nov... Im hanging out for that, then I will be 12 weeks - see the bubs and be able to tell people!!! squeel!!!

I got to see the baby quickly at my Obs appt last week - YAY! It was there, it moved and I saw its heartbeat.

To me this is a massive achievement.

After many many heartbreaks, I am happy to say that I have reached the 13 week mark and had an NT Scan with a beautiful bubs with a strong heartbeat and measuring correctly and to top it all off, my results came back as "low" risk even though I am 38 yo.
