WEIRD!! Anyone else??

Hm, this is an odd one... has anyone else every had full on preg symptoms but negative preg tests? I'm talking all the classic signs - nausea, too much saliva / metallic taste, food aversions, super smell sense, then as the weeks went on now boob changes etc...
It would be about 11 weeks if I was preg, but still negative so apparently not! I don't mind, we have 2 perfect kids and haven't planned on another, but I would love to know what on earth's going on...!
Has anyone else had similar experiences, and what was the outcome?

My best friend never tested positive on a urine test through her whole pregnancy. Both store bought and doctors. But definitely pg when bloods were done. Healthy baby girl was the outcome.

Or could it be that you're having some other strange hormonal thing going on?

I've heard of people testing neg for quite some time

Have you had AF? If not, I'd definitely ask for a blood test to be sure.

I'd definitely be getting a blood test done. A friend of mine didn't test positive on HPT's and went for a blood test and then a scan and was 16 weeks!

I'd definitely go to the docs and find out what's going on. Are you taking preg vitamins just in case? I'd want to find out ASAP if it were me, you'd be close to the second trimester now wouldn't you?

I had the same thing happen about a year before having DD2. After an U/S I had cysts on my ovaries. I needed a lap to remove them as they were quite large. Def go get checked out

I haven't been to the Dr, had a really strong feeling to just let it be... my belly has 'popped', so it seems that I am pregnant and the tests didn't pick it up. I am breastfeeding my son, maybe that could have an affect? 14 weeks now...! I have been taking vitamins, and as I'm breastfeeding didn't really need to change anything else, wasn't drinking etc anyway!

Are you gonna have a scan at all? The 20 week morph one? I'm guessing bit the 12 week if you think your 14 weeks, but prob best if you find out so you can start getting some sort of care to make sure everything is fine or make sure it is actually a baby and not a growth, I know I certainly couldn't just leave it is be hanging out to see my baby
