I have just found out that i am pregs (yay) and have always had a really bad back and a little worried that i wil struggle in the later months of pregancy. so i was seeing if anyone could recommend a pilates or yoga studio in the western suburbs of brisbane. and is that the best thing to do to strenghten my back
it's not recommended that you start yoga/pilates during pregnancy if you weren't already doing it. i also have a really bad back and i found that swimming, physio and accupuncture were the only things that kept me sane. if you can find a heated thermo pool, just do some stretches etc in the warm water
