I think I was about 7weeks when they disappeared...but the symptoms returned and would often come and go until I was about 14weeks.

12 weeks on the dot! It was weird, like one day I woke up and I didn't feel sick anymore![]()
I figure it's the placenta kicking in? I am thankful for the easing of ms but it was strangely comforting at the same time. Don't miss the sore boobs though.
Yeah, it's around the time that the placenta starts doing the work of the HCG.. Although I've heard of some women having their 1st tri symptoms the entire pregnancy!!![]()
this happened to me as well and I freaked out and asked my doctor about it. She said that it is perfectly normal, something to do with hormones peaking at around 8 weeks but I reckon it is probably to do with the placenta as well. All I remember is "perfectly normal" LOL.
Word of warning though....I felt awesome for 2 days (apart from being nervous about the loss of symptoms, namely nausea) and then it all came back LOL. About 10 weeks though the nausea started to ease of and was mainyl first thing in the morning and in the afternoon. This gradually got less and less until around 14/15 weeks. From about 13 weeks my boobs stopped being as sensitive and I stopped needing to have afternoon naps. Still a little tired now though and I'm still waiting for the fantastic second trimester feeling to join in.
Glad you're feeling better and hope it lasts for you. Not long till your 12 week scan hey?
Boobs stopped being sore a while ago for me. It seems as soon as one symptom stops, a new one starts lol. MS has only really just eased -- I thought it was over, had a couple of good days, and then it kicked in again. Now the ms has passed, my back hurts, getting twinges of heartburn and everything tastes like metal! It's totally different this time than it was for DD - I felt nauseas for maybe two weeks, had no backache and heartburn didn't start until around 20 weeks.
I'm having a sneaky scan on Tuesday which I am kinda excited about. I've started a different morning routine to deal with the ms and so far it works perfectly so maybe it's just that. Glad I am not the only one with relief at 8 weeks
.
For DD, my evening sickness lasted till 14weeks and then miraculously stopped. I couldnt eat dinner at all and was losing so much weight from it!
Currently, no symptoms at all (except sensitive nipples that seemed and strong as steel atm)
All the best with your scan hun!!!!!
All day sickness and sore boobs until 14 weeks with Miss P. I had NO pg symptoms with my first two. I have suffered terrible SPD with all three though and it has started earlier with each pg.
Still waiting for mine to stop. Not holding my breath! Sounds like you're one of the very lucky ones. Enjoy your scan. You deserve the good luck.
my m/s ended around 34 weeks last pg, and is still haning around this pg ...
my boobies stopped hurting around 20 weeks, or so?
funny taste in mouth stopped earlier than that ...
but it's just another thing which seems to be different for everyone![]()
I swear my ms is getting worse everyday. As soon as my eyes open i am straight to the bathroom for my morning spew and then cant eat anything until lunch time and then once 5pm hits im sick as a dog again. My boobs are less sore though.
With my first it was about 15 weeks, then oddly with my second, felt it from week 11-13 only. So strange! Third time now, still going at almost 10 weeks and very much willing the second trimester on, its been a tough first trimester for me, dont remember it this bad before!

My boobs were horrifically sore for the first few weeks only- but so sore I'd wake at night in pain as I felt like I'd badly strained the muscles around them including my underarms and sides of the breasts. I didn't get MS at all but my other early symptoms depleted well or just before the 12 week mark because I remember becoming paranoid that I'd lost the baby before the 12 week scan but of course there she was as healthy as ever![]()
12 weeks for m/s.
I'm 14 weeks now and thought my sore boobs had gone away. Until about midnight last night when DH rolled over and I got a lovely elbow-to-boob experience.
My boobs being sore was the biggest symptoms in first trimester - and it's finally disappeared at 12 weeks. They're still a little tender at 13 weeks but nowhere near as sore as they were.
The nausea for me started easing up about 10 weeks I think then progressively less and less.
Ds 6 weeks
Dd 38 weeks
