I had my first u/s today. I was so stressed about it and am so relived to see little baby(well bean) and heart beat. Dr tried to record heartbeat and I heard it once faintly. How exciting! it was about 120bpm. I guess I've been super worried because of last m/c and today seen little bean made me so happy. So everything is going okay so far, hoping it will continue nicely and will have healthy baby next July. I have been suffering from major headaches for the past few days. i have tryed heat and cold packs, panadol and sleep. Hope this gets better. Thanks for listening.
YAY Ollie i had my first scan today too... My bubbas heart was going at about 102 bpm the guy said it would have only been beating for 24 hrs or so which amazed me.... Drs dates had me at 7 weeks and 5days but scan says 6 weeks and 5 days so now im due 7th July not 30th June all good though...

My dates seem to be a little out to but either way my last two have been early anyway. My headaches have been continuing, mostly in the afternoon, early evening? Just trying to cope with at the the moment. Have a nice weekend.

Its great to hear that your bean has a h/b! For headaches, (i had them bad too in first tri) i used "a little bit of headache relief" and it worked wonders. I hope they ease soon.

JaneoI'm relieved to hear someone else in my situation - 120 bpm as well as dates out by a week or so. I'll find out this Thurs hopefully if things are continuing to go well.

Ahh i remember that first ultrasound too, takes a load off your mind knowing that everything is ok so far doesn't it. Hope your headaches ease soon.
