1st tri Q - help for niece

Not sure if anyone can help (esp. on Good Friday eve!) but I have a quick Q....

My DH was just talking to his niece who is 10 weeks pg. She was saying that her face has become all puffy and swollen tonight, and she didn't feel great.

That doesn't sound good to me, but she doesn't seem concerned and I don't want to go sticking my nose in if it's not wanted IYKWIM.

Any ideas anyone?

BTW Apparently she had a massage today.......not sure what sort, but I wouldn't have thought that's a good idea in the first tri.

LOL Alan, it is a tad vague isn't it?! I blame it on pg brain

TBH, I'm not too sure really. She just said that her face had puffed right up and she felt crappy. If she was further along I'd be worried about PE, but isn't 10 weeks a little early for that? Not that I'd know!

ETA She doesn't have any known allergies

Yeah I think a bit early for PE. But it could be anything sinus infection, early glandular fever, and many other rare and exotic diseases.
