for 2nd (or more) time mums to be

this is my second pregnancy and i am so excited! we were actively trying this time round. the thing is.... and i feel a little guilty about thinking this way every now and then... well sometimes i get a little apprehensive about whats to come. getting bigger and more and more uncomfortable, sleeping issues, reflux, getting FAT (and not just tummy bigger- that i can live with), its the all over fatter that i am worried about. sore hips and joints, the list goes on.. ok thanks for letting me have a little vent! i feel better now that i have gotten that out.

    You're welcome lol.

This is the place to certainly let out those feelings. I am having my 5th and worrying about all those too.

This is definitely our last as it is just too uncomfortable for me now. Sore back, sleeplessness and huuuuuuge belly. It looks like I've swallowed a whole watermelon lol.

Will feel so much better when this one comes out and I'm sure you will too.

Chin up and think about the end

Hun dont worry about the all over fatness....enjoy your pregnancy while you can.

I am no where near skinny...but huge....fat doesnt cut it....but at the end of the day ive carried 2 DD's and now a 3rd DD on the way....fat can be lost over time.

    Hugs....i know how you feel

I always say 'i wish i got the pregnant belly like every other lady does'....but i know that will never be me...and regardless off the fat...i know im preg and enjoy that feeling..dont focus on extra fat and weight

It took us a long time to conceive #2 so i wasnt too fused about most of the "annoying" pregnancy issies... But it wasnt until the labour that i freaked out... Now after having our beautiful baby girl i'm starting to have issues with the weight i have gained (18kg) but the way i see it is what we have achieved making a beautiful baby the weight gain is so worth while for the end result... Just enjoy and worry later. Its a joyful time and you shouldnt feel guilty for being happy and excited.

Nor should u feel guilty for feeling all the dreads that come along with preg... I say there's plenty of time after bubs is born to worry about them..

    Congrats...

Hun, the fat is just your body's way of making sure bub has plenty to survive on once he/she is born, so make your peace with it. I put on 30 kilos with my first, which ended up due to pre-eclampsia, and now with all the running around I do after him and the fact that he weighs 10.5 kilos to lift up and down, I actually weigh heaps less than my pre-preg weight. As for all those discomforts, I understand your anxiety, as I have them too, but at least this time round you are fully prepared for the beautiful reward at the end that makes all the indigestion, wet knickers, cramps, aches and pains worthwhile!
