    Question Pelvis pain

Ok, so my DS left some paper on the floor tonight and I slipped on it, one leg just moved out like I was doing the splits.

Since then I have had pain in my pelvis. When I first did it I couldn't walk without bad pain, it has settled a bit but I'm still sore. It's like it's in my vajayjay. Pretty sore really. What can I do to help the pain? I'm off to see the Chiro tomorrow so am hoping she might be able to help as well.

    TIA

Ahhh!! I did something similar at 26 weeks I was running away from a bird (lol) and I slipped and skidded and strained my groin! The pain was in my groin/vagina area. I literally could not walk without being in extreme agony for hours. Was stiff and sore for days afterwards, but the 5 or so hours immediately following it were so painful! I applied ice to the area, if I could have I would have lain down and alternated between ice and heat. I hope you feel better soon, I feel your pain, it REALLY hurts!

Try and rest as much as possible, and ice the injured area as much as you can. I would also advise going to see a chiropractor or physiotherapist as they will be able to help you help the area heal. Big hugs, I know how much pelvis pain sucks

DEFINITELY use ice! it will help. If it's unbearable maybe some panadol as well? Good u're going to Chiro, they can confirm if you've separated ur pelvis at all or whether its just the ligaments. Hope u feel better soon!

Yep you've strained it, I have done that while pregnant too..... ouchies it hurts

My advice, when you roll over in bed at night, keep your legs together otherwise it really hurts.... dtms? hope chiro helps.
