Another stressed question!

Ok so yesterday from about 5am til about 3pm every time i wiped i had some blood (pink/redwatery fluid) back pain ( i was at work as a nurse tho, heavy patient load)and tight abdo feeling.

I still had nausea and sore breats tho. I later had large amounts of wind and some hard small bowel movement which eleviated the tight abdo feeling and bloatedness.

I have not had any bleeding since and i am more nauseated then ever and my boobs are sorer is this a good sign that nothing to major happened yesterday? (i called my hospital spoke to a midwife and was told to rest and that it could either be perfectly fine or i could lose the baby and if it got worse either pain or bleeding wise to get to the hospital.

SO i am just wondering if things should be ok or if i should expect further bleeding and baby loss?

Personally I would call a Dr first thing in the morning OR (if it is an option) go to the hospital emergency room and see someone there.

It could be nothing but I would rather be told that its normal and have it checked out then leave it and be stressing about it.
