    Question Apple-Cider Vinegar.. Is it Safe during pregnancy?

    Hello All

    I am wanting to start on 2 teaspoons of apple-cider vinegar in a glass of water before each meal as dieting isnt really an option while pregnant.... is this safe do u think??

    its a bit of a dieting thing i guess.. detox.. to keep the "extra" baby weight off
