Has anyone heard of FeFol pregnancy vitamins?

    Hi girls,
I did my research and I found that a product called Fefol Pregnancy has the highest amounts of all the essentials for pregnancy and breast feeding. It also contains iodione which Elevit doesn't. Anyway just want to know if anyone has heard of it, is taking it etc.

I started taking Blackmores but swapped to Fefol Multi, price wise its about the same and I loved Fefol because it means only having to take 1 horse sized tablet a day instead of 2.

I'm not sure if Elevit you take 1 a day or 2 but remember if you need to take 2 to double the amounts shown on the box.

I know even with doubling the Blackmores amounts Fefol was still higher.

Yep, I took it before and though all my pregnancies. The folic acid helps you absorb the iron better and much less chance of constipation.

    Good stuff

I used to take something called Fabfol plus. I replaced it with Elevit when the chemist was out of stock and regeretted it. Elevit gave me constipation but the fabfol didn't.
