I'm thinking iron levels too. Have you had your iron levels tested? If not get a blood test. Also getting enough sleep and some Vitamin d helps when I look all pale like.x
Probably nothing wrong with you at all. It is very normal for people to get 'pale' over the winter months. Also you say others have mentioned it to you - have you actually noticed a difference yourself???? Because people are idiots. I get told by different people comments in direct contradiction of something said by someone else just five minutes ealier everyday. (easiest example is in relation to how big / small my belly currently is).
How do you 'feel'? This is a much better indication of health then just being told you are 'pale'.
If you are still concerned get off the internet (and DR google) and go see a real doctor. They will take a simple blood test and check your iron levels, and they will take your blood pressure too (if it is low, it can effect you complexion).
LOL Thanks Misty
I had noticed yesterday I was looking pale after my mum mentioned it too. She was a bit concerned as well about it but I told her I'm feeling fine. Which I am! So no dizziness or anything but I know that if I do get some, I'll go to the doctor.
Just out of curiousity - what is classed as low blood pressure?? Mine yesterday was 100/60 which is a bit lower than my usual blood pressure! Doctor wasnt concerned or anything, just curious to what low blood pressure is.
Thats still within normal limits. I'm not 100% on what is too low but when not pregnant it isn't unusual for me to be around 85/55 or there abouts, i have been told if i get dizzy to go back but i never did so it was never a problem for me but i was on the verge of needing meds at that level too.
