Question bepanthan (sp) on irritated area

    Hi,
I have some irritation which I have uses sigmacorte cream on in the down bellow area. The area is external and dr said sig. was ok. Problem is it has not worked. The irritation is due to it being more moist being pg. Question is, bepanthan works on break down sores and nappy rash, would it be safe to use in this situation? I would think so cause it is like a nappy rash without the nappy!!

    Thanks for any ideas.

I've used bepanthen in that general area and I have been fine. I think of it as nappy rash cream which is used in that area on babies so I don't see why it wouldnt be ok on adults.
