I'd absolutley go with the bepanthan! That stuff is a godsend, great on nipples (I even start to use it on my nipples in the last few weeks of pregnancy as a tip from MIL), great on bottoms, great on scratches and works great on cradle cap too!

Fee I wouldn't worry too much about what you put in bathwater when they are little like the others said. Just grab some sorbelene!
