Bladder pain

Hi all, I have been having nasty pains in the stomach immediately after I urinate. would anyone know what would be causing this. oh I should mention that I am 18 weeks pregnant.

Hi, during pregnancy it is common to get cystitis or a bladder infection and a common symptom of that is pain after urination or during it. It would definately be worthwhile seeing your GP or discussing this with midwives as soon as you can.

Hi Emms

It sounds like you may have a urine/baldder infection. You should get it checked out. Until you are able to go see your Dr or Midwife try to drink 3 litres of water a day. This will help to wash out the infection.
