I was 100% sure that I was having a girl... we had the most beautiful girls name picked out (and one for a boy JIC) and when our precious bundle came into the world my DH announced it was a BOY!! I was a little confused because I was having a girl :crylaughing: However, I was not disappointed one bit as I didn't care what sex the baby was and now I couldn't imagine it any other way ;)

Wow so many of you are so intuitive!
If it weren't for the dreams, I'd have no feelings either way I don't think. I had another dream last night. This time, I was looking after a friend's baby while she went to the movies. It was a little boy she adopted from China. He and I did some shopping together . Actually, I was looking for a hug-a-bub to put him in because he was getting heavy!
I know someone who adopted a girl from the Phillipines recently, so maybe I'm just totally confused! DH and I are actually registered for overseas adoption but haven't heard from them for ages. We won't proceed now that we've managed to conceive naturally, but who knows in the future. Maybe that's playing with my head too.
DH and I have decided on names for both a girl and a boy, so there's no problem there.

I have often picked other people's babies but I can't seem to get a strong feeling with our own! After having no idea for ages I've gone most of the pregnancy now feeling like we're having a boy. Now the past week I think "she" all the time... why??
Who knows? It's all fun guessing cause we couldn't actually care less :)
