Hi Anna, if you google pilates pregnant brisbane... I think it's the first listing which comes up.. natural therapy pages it is and it lists different places you can go. I haven't done it myself, but there are quite a few thereAll the best.
Hello everyone
I am just wondering if anyone can recommend places to go for Yoga or Pilates for pregnancy? I have never done either before my pregnancy but I am pretty active (running/ gym etc..) However lately I have been doing not much and feel like I need to get started in preparation for labour
I live in the inner north west of Brisbane but would be prepared to go anywhere really on the northside or inner southside for classes.
Love to hear your opinions and feedback on if such activity helped you in labour.

There's a place in the city that does it - Revive I think, but there is likely to be somewhere closer to you. Try to google as suggested by the PP.
I go to Yummy Mummy in Bulimba, but they have a classes on the northside too. They are trained physiotherpists and Pilates teacher too!![]()
Thanks girls
I hope that it will help me prepare for bubs arrival.
