    Chargrilled foods

I have a few jars of Sandhurst Chargrilled Capsicum in my cupboard and was wondering if that is ok to have?? I was going to cut up and have with salad on a lavash roll to give some flavour but wasn't sure if the olive oil is too much??

The capsicum in marinated in oil & herbs. Can i just have as is or do I need to cook it?

    no reason why you can't.
Are you concerned about the chargrill or the oil or the herbs? It's all fine.
