on top of my morning sickness that lasts all day and night i now have a cold.. i am wondering if there is anything i can take (am too lazy fatigued an naueasted to get dressed and drive to the chemist if it will be for disappointment)?

Don't stress too much about the paracetamol, as you're allowed to even have panadeine forte, as I recently learnt the other week in hospital when I crushed my finger. So normal adult paracetamol doses are fine, and especially if you are getting a temperature, very important to keep that regulated in our early stages!
And I think it was Melsta who recommended using Fess for stuffy nose too. It's for babies, so it's safe for mum to use as well, you should be able to get it in your chemist, I didn't end up getting it, but I'm finally (2 weeks later) getting better now.
Other than that, keep your fluids right up and sleep as much as you possibly can!
