    Curried Egg Sandwich

    I have a MAD craving for one.

    Yup, go for it Just make sure the egg's cooked really well... no runny bits. I craved curried egg sandwiches during my PGs too (but the smell of boiled eggs made me want to be sick so it was really hard to make them LOL!).

    I craved it a few weeks ago so went to the corner shop at from work for lunch.
    I dont think the lady knew how to make them she spread mayo on the sandwhich like butter then got the boiled egg, sliced it put it on the sandwhich and then spinkled the curry powder over the top!
    Although it still tasted ok it just didnt satisfy my craving of curried eggs!
