Talking cute in tummy baby names

This time around I want to call my tummy lodger something more exciting than baby DH isn't so keen but I'm not sure I want to keep referring to my belly as baby as I'm not wanting DS to cotton on to the idea of a new one this early (he's just turned 2).

So hit me with your ideas for my tummy lodger (and "tummy lodger", while cute is a bit long for me)

DD was Mogwai or Gremlin, as that's what she reminded me of in her u/s pic.

This one is Penguin, which I attribute to DH's penchant for blaming random things for stuff going on - I was griping about feeling a bit off and very tired in the early stages, DH says "I blame penguins" and I answered "oh so that's what you're calling it hmmmm?" to which he responded "Am now!". Kinda stuck ever since

First time I was very late with my period, DH and I went with Maserati - I liked the name Elise (still do!) but DH said if we were having a car name he was having Maserati. But I wasn't pregnant then, just wanted to be.

Liebling was Liebling when he was my little bumpling, which is why he's still Liebling on here. If I were to let him name a bumpling, he'd go with Green Goblin atm (massive Spidey fan).

The Parasite is a fairly common one. (So would that be Venom then, with the Spidey theme?)

Both my little ones were known as squidgy. DF would always say, "you've got a squidgy in the guts"!

    DS1 was the Blobble
and DS2 was threatened to be "dribble" (yeah, guess how that came about .. ) so we quickly named it Quoll.

I thought when I got preg I would nick name it 'Rex' as we werent going to find out the sex, and our girls name starts with R and our boys names starts with X. Our last transfer we made this public...that the little one would be known as that... (we were getting a bit keen). I went to tell my parents, but they told me a story first...that involved them getting a new robot vacuum cleaner...which they have named Rex! .. so we are back at square one now =P

just go with something that has a ring to it, or a inside joke, or even an image you had in a dream whilst preg with your little one

DD was originally Little Squid, because that's what DH reckoned she looked like in her 12w u/s pic. Then when we chose the name Annabelle at the 20w u/s we started calling her Belley. It was handy as we could have just been referring to my actual belly and it helped not give away the sex
