Does this happen to anyone else??

Well sometimes when i go to the toilet to pee towards the end of me peeing and after i've finished i get sharp pains in what feels like my ovaries or something. It's very low down, below and on the inside of my hips. Not sure how else to better describe it.

I only get it maybe 1-2 times a day, its even worse when im busting to go to the toilet. It's a lil painful and uncomfortable that i cant stand up straight away.

Any ideas what it could be, i've kind of put it down to the pressure being taken off my bladder or something but am open to suggestions.

I've got a doc app on Monday and im gonna tell her about it but would love some advice in the mean time.

    Thanks

Could be a UTI so best to get that checked out.

Well i went to the doc this morning

All good news, bubs is doing great. Nice strong h/b and very active.
Doc has ruled out a UTI but sent off the sample just in case. She says its a cramp caused by holding on for too long, she says to go when i need to or atleast every 2-3 hours just to empty it. So luckily nothing to worry about.

    Thanks to everyone.

yeh darl the same thing happens with me. I dont have a UTI either. My midwife says bub puts alot of pressure on ur bladder and when u empty it, its gets abit sensitive. Dont worry i get as bad as i cant walk to quick after ive been to the toilet. Nothing to worry about just try and make sure that u dont hold on. Which i know... can be very hard when ur in the middle of something. One thing ive noticed being pregnant is im sick of being on the toilet!!!!

Yep I had this and asked OB and he said it's the sudden empty of the bladder and the uterus hitting it causew that pain. Worse if you've been holding it. I still get it occasionally but not as often but yes it hurts when it does happen.
