DON'T laminate your scan pics

Just found out the hard way that you can't laminate your scan photo's, the heat must destroy it and it turns the image black... Now I have lost the first pics of my little angel... DEVESTATED!

Just thought I would warn others....

Thanks RhiChiChi, I just wished I looked into it before I did it. Just googled it now and others have done the same mistake as me...

First thing I did when I got home from my ultrasounds was to scan the images to my computer just in case.

Just rang the radiology place and they are waiting for a machine to be free and they will try and reprint so FINGERS CROSSED they can... I wish they told us Olive... you would think them knowing that they would tell you.
Kimbles01, I did scan them but they kind of came out bright so its not as good as the acutal pics. but I guess its something.. not like having the originals...

Oh no! Thanks so much for this post, I have heaps of stuff of ds's in a pile just waiting for me to get around to laminating and make an album with. Yep you guessed it the scan pic is in that pile!

My hubby did this! Luckily it was only one photo out of the four we had printed but he was devastated.
