    Gastro while pregnant

    Does anyone know if its safe to have hydrolite while pregnant?? I have really bad gastro and dont want to get dehydrated.

    I had gastro really badly at 12 weeks and the chemist gave me hydrolight.

    Yes it is safe. I had gastro 5x while preg with DD. I lived on the stuff.

    Yup!! Not just safe but important!! Very important you don't get dehydrated and the you need to replace those electrolytes!
